Creep‐Induced Microstructural Evolution in an A2‐B2 Superalloy
A 27.3Ta‐27.3Mo‐27.3Ti‐8Cr‐10Al (at.%) refractory high‐entropy alloy with precipitation‐strengthened A2‐B2 microstructure was studied by creep tests at 1030°C, which demonstrate a transition in deformation mechanisms in the range of 100–150 MPa applied stress. This is associated with changes in dislocation–precipitate interactions. Relevant deformation

Hexagonal Multicarrier Faster-Than-Nyquist Signaling
Multicarrier faster-than-Nyquist (MFTN) signaling is a spectral efficient modulation scheme for future communication systems. In MFTN signaling, the intersymbol interference (ISI) and intercarrier interference (ICI) are introduced intentionally by the ...

Creep Properties and Deformation Mechanism of Additively Manufactured NiAl‐CrMo Composites
Additively manufactured NiAl‐CrMo composites contain numerous interfaces and cell boundaries that control their creep response. At 700°C under high applied stress, creep is dominated by dislocation‐controlled power‐law mechanisms. At 800°C–900°C and lower stresses, creep is primarily diffusion‐controlled along cell boundaries.

On the Turns of Digital Images
The images built on the basis of rectangular and hexagonal lattices are discussed in the article. For images on a rectangular lattice a formula is proposed, which gives approximate values of the components of a characteristic set of coefficients when ...

Spanning Trees of Lattices Embedded on the Klein Bottle
The problem of enumerating spanning trees in lattices with Klein bottle boundary condition is considered here. The exact closed-form expressions of the numbers of spanning trees for 4.8.8 lattice, hexagonal lattice, and 33·42 lattice on the Klein bottle ...
