Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD): An Update
Hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) also known as vesicular stomatitis with exanthema, first reported in New Zealand in 1957 is caused by Coxsackie virus A16 (CVA16), human enterovirus 71 (HEV71) and occasionally by other HEV-A serotypes, such as Coxsackie virus A6 and Coxsackie virus A10, are also associated with HFMD and herpangina.

Fractional Order Mathematical Modelling of HFMD Transmission via Caputo Derivative
In this paper, we propose to explore a nonlinear fractional mathematical model of HFMD- Hand Foot Mouth Disease with vaccinated compartment. Firstly, we prove the non negativity and boundedness for the fractional order dynamical model. The system’s existence and uniqueness are studied using the formulation of the Caputo derivative operator.

Mushroom Bioactive Molecules as Anticancerous Agents: An Overview
This review discusses the molecular mechanisms through which these compounds inhibit cancer progression, including the induction of reactive oxygen species, inhibition of mitotic kinase and angiogenesis, and suppression of topoisomerase activity. By providing the latest insights on these anti‐tumor agents and their pharmacological actions, our review ...

Parameter estimation of HFMD infection in Malaysia with SIR model
Hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) is a mildly infectious disease that happens to children due to low body immunity against viruses. In this paper, a simple SIR model is employed to represent the dynamics of HFMD in Malaysia. A weekly reported data of HFMD infection from week-1 of 2017 to week-36 of 2018 is used in the mathematical analysis.

Perinatal Enterovirus Infection in Neonates: A Systematic Review
ABSTRACT Enteroviruses (EVs) are a common cause of neonatal infections, and perinatal EV infection can lead to severe neonatal disease, including sepsis‐like presentations, and adverse pregnancy outcomes. However, a comprehensive understanding of the prevalence and clinical manifestations of perinatal EV infection is lacking.

Inflammatory profiles revealed the dysregulation of cytokines in adult patients of HFMD [PDF]
Adult patients of HFMD might act as potential enterovirus reservoirs. As enterovirus infection will cause acute inflammatory response, identifying the association between the dysregulation of cytokines and the development and prognosis of HFMD in adult patients has vital clinical significance.60 patients from 266 laboratory-confirmed adult HFMD cases ...
