气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)设备受制造技术、装配工艺、运行环境,等因素影响,运行中可能会出现SF6气体泄漏、局部放电、气室异响,等故障。文中详细介绍了某500 kV混合式气体绝缘开关设备(HGIS)套管SF6气体泄漏异常事件,经解体检查、成分分析后判定是密封圈硅脂涂抹过多,溢出密封槽,长期运行过程中与空气、密封铝板发生化学反应造成密封劣化所致。对该型号套管提出双层密封,加强装配工艺管控,等合理化建议,并对站内同批次的其他套管加装防雨帽、防水伞裙,预防类似现象发生。可为HGIS设备套管漏气分析 ...

500 kV HGIS隔离开关控制回路设计变更浅析

笔者首先简要介绍了HGIS设备的特点、性能以及国产500 kV HGIS开关设备在贵广II回直流工程宝安换流站的应用情况,接着分析了因隔离开关机构箱与设计图存在一些差别导致现场调试过程中出现隔离开关不能正常操作的情况,在分析原始设计图的设计原则的基础上,给出了3种设计变更方案及其优劣性对比,介绍了该站所选方案的具体实现情况,最后给出了在今后的HGIS设计、调试和运行过程中须注意的几点建议。

一起HGIS设备带电合地刀事故的分析和防范

带电合地刀是五大恶性误操作之一,必须坚决予以防范。介绍了发生在某500 kV变电站HGIS设备的一起带电合地刀操作及其分析处理过程,得出事故发生的原因为HGIS内部隔离开关操动机构某连板螺钉脱落,导致刀闸实际未断开,提出了厂家应采取改进措施、建立完善的五防系统、标注HGIS分合闸位置、严格执行间接验电程序4条防范措施,对于防止类似事件的发生有很好的借鉴作用。
