2021A 32-year-old woman with Hereditary Haemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) and recurrent severe epistaxis had partial and temporary improvement of nosebleeds with topical ointments and laser ablation. She had frequent hospital admissions for repeated laser ablation every 3–4 months with the need for multiple general anaesthetics.
