Above Room Temperature Ferroelectricity in Epitaxially Strained KTaO3
Through precise epitaxial engineering, the cubic and paraelectric KTaO3${\rm KTaO}_3$ is transformed into a robust ferroelectric. By leveraging lattice‐mismatched substrates to apply controlled epitaxial strain, a stable ferroelectric ground‐state is achieved with a transition temperature as high as 475 K, establishing KTaO3${\rm KTaO}_3$ as a highly ...

Memristors offer tunable resistance and intrinsic instability, making them promising tunable noise sources. We propose a spiking‐rate‐programmable probabilistic neuron using a Ru/TaOx/Pt memristor, where resistance‐dependent noise enables frequency‐selective encoding.

Dental wastewater reveals a hidden reservoir of oral bacteriophage diversity
Bacteriophages (phages) are being explored as alternatives or complements to antibiotics because of their ability to selectively kill bacterial pathogens. However, phages that infect many oral bacteria remain undiscovered. Here, we discovered that dental

Alkoxy chain length drives a continuous transition from eclipsed AA to a serrated, slipped AA* configuration over Co‐porphyrin COFs. A moderate slip both contracts the pore channel to enrich CO2 and suppress hydrogen evolution, and enhances collective high‐spin of Co sites, which delivers a record CO production rate with high selectivity.
