HIDF: Integrating Tree‐Structured scRNA‐seq Heterogeneity for Hierarchical Deconvolution of Spatial Transcriptomics

The prevailing neglect of cellular hierarchies in current spatial transcriptomics deconvolution often obscures cellular heterogeneity and impedes the identification of fine‐grained subtypes. To address this issue, HIDF employs a cluster‐tree and dual regularization to systematically model cellular hierarchical structures.

Connexin43 Deficiency Leads to Ventricular Arrhythmias by Reprogramming Proline Metabolism

The study demonstrated that connexin43 (Cx43) knockout caused arrhythmic phenotype and decreased proline content in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, Cx43 interacts with the amino acid transporter SNAT2 (sodium‐dependent neutral amino acid transporter), and its deficiency disrupts proline transport and metabolism.

A Quest for the Mechanism of Ultrahigh Resolution SEM Imaging

Using Monte Carlo simulations with explicit definitions of SE1 and SE2 align with a cascade secondary electron production model, this work shows that the 3D nanostructure modulated SE2 emission enhances other than to reduce topographical contrast via a “miniature Faraday cup” effect.
