This work has developed a dual enzyme‐mimicking and ultrasound‐responsive Nb2C‐Pt@HA‐PEG nanozyme. ROS‐eliminating and antiinflammatory capability of Nb2C‐Pt@HA‐PEG under US irradiation are demonstrated on macrophages and endothelial cells in vitro. Nb2C‐Pt@HA‐PEG‐mediated sonocatalytic therapy exerts an outstanding anti‐atherosclerosis efficacy by ...

High-density lipoprotein cholesterol, coronary artery disease, and cardiovascular mortality.
AIMS High-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol is a strong predictor of cardiovascular mortality. This work aimed to investigate whether the presence of coronary artery disease (CAD) impacts on its predictive value. METHODS AND RESULTS We studied 3141

This study develops a multifunctional CRISPR‐dCas9‐based OMV platform termed OMV‐C9I12, which facilitates the coexpression of CXCL9 and IL‐12 within tumor cells. This platform enhances T cell recruitment and activation, synergizes with anti‐PD‐1/PD‐L1 immunotherapy, and amplifies antitumor T cell immunity.

High-density lipoprotein function, dysfunction, and reverse cholesterol transport.
Although high high-density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol levels are associated with decreased cardiovascular risk in epidemiological studies, recent genetic and pharmacological findings have raised doubts about the beneficial effects of HDL.

This review covers the mechanical forces experienced by immune cells through cell–cell and cell–extracellular matrix interactions and how these forces influence their receptors and functions. These relationships between forces and cellular functions can be exploited using engineering techniques to modify the physical properties of materials for novel ...
