Grid-Connected PV System Harmonic Analysis [PDF]

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences
The inverter’s output impedance can be adjusted to reduce harmonic interference on the grid. Advanced current control strategies like PI and quasi-PR control enable precise control of the inverter’s output current, further reducing harmonics.

Impact of high-frequency harmonics (0–9 kHz) generated by grid-connected inverters on distribution transformers

open access: yes, 2020
The level of current harmonics circulating in a transformer winding can affect its operating temperature and lifetime. Although the existing standards mainly consider the impact of harmonics up to 2 kHz, higher frequency harmonics generated by high power

Ultra‐Confinement of Polaritons in Single Atomic Layer Ag Photonic Quantum Dots

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Strong confinement of surface phonon polaritons of silicon carbide was achieved in photonic quantum dots fabricated from van der Waals heterostructure of epitaxial graphene over single‐atomic layer silver. Scattering‐type scanning near‐field optical microscopy combined with an analytical approach, developed to reveal local propagation constants with ...

A vehicle mounted super high speed permanent magnet brushless motor drive

open access: yes工程科学学报, 2017
Because of lower inductance and higher commutation frequency, caused by high-frequency current harmonics induced by the PWM control, super high speed permanent magnet brushless motors commonly face overheating of both the rotor and stator.

Chiral Microneedle Arrays With Terahertz Chiroptical Activity With Chiral‐Plasmon‐Chiral‐Phonon Resonance

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Microneedle arrays (MNAs) is a rapidly emerging technology with broad biomedical applications in drug delivery and biosensing. With sub‐millimeter dimensions and periodicity, MNAs possess geometries nearly ideal for biomedical devices operating within the terahertz (THz) spectral window.

Rethinking Charge Transport and Recombination in Donor‐Diluted Organic Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Organic solar cells with 1–45% PM6 content in Y12 were studied to link structure and charge dynamics to performance. The conductivity follows a 3D percolation model without a sharp threshold. Donor dilution preserves the photogeneration yield, but limits the fill factor due to transport resistance losses.
