Hyperacuity on high-resolution and very high resolution displays
SPIE Proceedings, 2004A vernier acuity task was used to compare three electronic displays, a high-resolution CRT, a high-resolution AMLCD, and a very-high-resolution AMLCD. The offset threshold value, approximately 6 seconds arc, was found to be independent of display resolution.

Current studies suggest that the yield of high-resolution oesophageal manometry is higher than that of conventional pull-through manometry and is at least comparable to that of sleeve sensor manometry.
