Alleviation of Aging‐Related Hallmarks in a Mouse Model of Progeria via a Nanoparticle‐Based Artificial Transcription Factor

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Oct4‐nanoscript, a biomimetic nanoparticle‐based artificial transcription factor, precisely regulates cellular rejuvenation by activating Oct4 target genes, restoring epigenetic marks, and reducing DNA damage. In a progeria model, it effectively rescued aging‐associated pathologies and extended lifespan.

Chemical and toxicological analysis of zolpidem

open access: yesRUDN Journal of Medicine, 2009
Methods for measuring zolpidem are suggested: thin-layer chromatography, high-pressure liquid chromatography, ultrtaviolet spectrophotometry, gas chromatography with mass selective detector can be used for identification zolpidem in chemical ...

Strong Stability with respect to weak limit for a Hyperbolic System arising from Gas Chromatography [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2009
We investigate a system related to a particular isothermal gas-solid chromatography process, called ?Pressure Swing Adsorption?, with two species and instantaneous exchange kinetics. This system presents the particularity to have a linearly degenerate eigenvalue: this allows the velocity of the gaseous mixture to propagate high frequency waves. In case

Tunable Thermoshrinkable Hydrogels for 4D Fabrication of Cell‐Seeded Channels

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A thermoresponsive polymer with methacrylate groups for photo‐cross‐linking, based on polyethylene glycol, N‐isopropylacrylamide, and 2‐hydroxyethyl acrylate is synthetized to yield hydrogels that shrink upon temperature increase. The new polymer enables the fabrication of cell‐laden perfusable channels with diameters below 200 µm by combining ...

High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography of Caffeine in Coffee

open access: yesJournal of AOAC INTERNATIONAL, 1976
Abstract A new method is described for the determination of caffeine in coffee, based on high-pressure liquid chromatography. The caffeine is extracted from the sample with water and/or methylene chloride, and then separated from interfering materials by passing an aliquot of the extract through a high-pressure column containing ...

Investigating the Structure–Function Relationships of Fluorinated Interfaces for PFAS Capture and Electrochemically‐Mediated Release

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study explores the use of fluorinated copolymers with varying fluorophilic side chain lengths to enhance PFAS affinity. The integration of electrochemical techniques demonstrates enhanced adsorbent regeneration, with molecular dynamics simulations providing insight into the molecular‐level interactions involved.
