Resurgence of a de Sitter Glauber‐Sudarshan State: Nodal Diagrams and Borel Resummation
Abstract It is shown in this article that an explicit construction of a four‐dimensional de Sitter space may be performed using a diagrammatic approach via nodal diagrams emanating from the path integral representation of the Glauber‐Sudarshan state. Sum of these diagrams typically leads to an asymptotic series of Gevrey kind which can then be Borel ...

Consistent truncations to 3-dimensional supergravity
We show how to construct consistent truncations of 10-/11-dimensional supergravity to 3-dimensional gauged supergravity, preserving various amounts of supersymmetry. We show, that as in higher dimensions, consistent truncations can be defined in terms of

Bumping into the Species Scale with the Scalar Potential
Abstract As a quantum gravity cut‐off, the species scale Λs$\Lambda _s$ gets naturally compared to the energy scale of a scalar potential V in an EFT. In this note, the species scale, its rate |∇Λs|/Λs$|\nabla \Lambda _s|/\Lambda _s$ and their field dependence, to those of a scalar potential is compared.

Black hole chemistry, the cosmological constant and the embedding tensor
We study black-hole thermodynamics in theories that contain dimensionful constants such as the cosmological constant or coupling constants in Wald’s formalism.

Gravitational Topological Quantum Field Theory Versus N = 2 D = 8 Supergravity and its lift to N = 1 D = 11 Supergravity [PDF]
In a previous work, it was shown that the 8-dimensional topological quantum field theory for a metric and a Kalb-Ramond 2-form gauge field determines N = 1 D = 8 supergravity.

On Asymmetric Orbifolds and the D=5 No-modulus Supergravity [PDF]
We examine whether any type II asymmetric orbifolds have the same massless spectrum as the dimensional reduction of D=5 simple supergravity, which, besides the eleven-dimensional supergravity, is the only known supergravity above four dimensions with no moduli.

Generalised U-dual solutions via ISO(7) gauged supergravity [PDF]
We study a solution generating technique in supergravity which can be viewed as a generalised version of U-duality, taking solutions of type IIA supergravity on a 6-sphere with RR flux to new solutions of 11-dimensional supergravity. The new solutions are characterised by an underlying 6-algebra structure.

Multi-parametric and analytic families of four-dimensional AdS3 × ℝ (Janus) and AdS3 × ℝ+ (Hades) solutions are constructed in the SO(8) gauged supergravity that arises from the consistent reduction of eleven-dimensional supergravity on S7 .

Higher-dimensional resolution of dilatonic black hole singularities [PDF]
We show that the four-dimensional extreme dilaton black hole with dilaton coupling constant $a= \sqrt{p/(p+2)}$ can be interpreted as a {\it completely non-singular}, non-dilatonic, black $p$-brane in $(4+p)$ dimensions provided that $p$ is {\it odd ...
