Higher Order Supersymmetric Truncated Oscillators [PDF]
We study the supersymmetric partners of the harmonic oscillator with an infinite potential barrier at the origin and obtain the conditions under which it is possible to add levels to the energy spectrum of these systems.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Higher order selfdual toric varieties [PDF]
The notion of higher order dual varieties of a projective variety, introduced in \cite{P83}, is a natural generalization of the classical notion of projective duality.

Higher-Order Intentionality and Higher-Order Acquaintance [PDF]
I argue against such “Higher-Order Intentionalist” theories of consciousness as the higher-order thought and inner sense views on the ground that they understand a subject’s awareness of his or her phenomenal characters to be intentional, like seeming-seeing, rather than “direct”, like seeing.

Multiple ETS family transcription factors bind mutant p53 via distinct interaction regions
Mutant p53 gain‐of‐function is thought to be mediated by interaction with other transcription factors. We identify multiple ETS transcription factors that can bind mutant p53 and found that this interaction can be promoted by a PXXPP motif. ETS proteins that strongly bound mutant p53 were upregulated in ovarian cancer compared to ETS proteins that ...

Oscillation results of higher order nonlinear neutral delay differential equations
In this paper we investigate the oscillation and asymptotic behavior of solutions to the n-th order neutral nonlinear differential equations of the form \begin{equation*} \left[ x(t) +g\left( t, x(\tau( t))\right) \right] ^{(n) }+f( t,x(\sigma(t))) =0. \

Functions operating on several multivariate distribution functions
Functions ff on [0,1]m{\left[0,1]}^{m} such that every composition f∘(g1,…,gm)f\circ \left({g}_{1},\ldots ,{g}_{m}) with dd-dimensional distribution functions g1,…,gm{g}_{1},\ldots ,{g}_{m} is again a distribution function, turn out to be characterized ...

Reachability in Higher-Order-Counters
Higher-order counter automata (\HOCS) can be either seen as a restriction of higher-order pushdown automata (\HOPS) to a unary stack alphabet, or as an extension of counter automata to higher levels.
