Optimasi digesti enzim restriksi untuk deteksi mutasi daerah D-loop DNA mitokondria dengan metode PCR-RFLP

open access: yesJurnal Biologi Udayana, 2023

Genetic polymorphism of human Y chromosome and risk factors for cardiovascular diseases: a study in WOBASZ cohort. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2013
Genetic variants of Y chromosome predispose to hypertension in rodents, whereas in humans the evidence is conflicting. Our purpose was to study the distribution of a panel of Y chromosome markers in a cohort from a cross-sectional population-based study ...

A moderately frequent HindIII polymorphism at the human NGFR locus (17q12 – 17q22) [PDF]

open access: bronzeNucleic Acids Research, 1989
The clone Lambda6 contains human NGFR sequences cloned in the vector CH28. HindIII (AAGCTT) reveals allelic bands of 13 kb and 8.3+4.7 kb with a constant band of 8.8 kb. The NGFR locus has been assigned to 17q12->17q22 with somatic cell hybrid analysis and in situ hybridization.

Two DNA polymorphisms in the lipoprotein lipase gene and their associations with factors related to cardiovascular disease.

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 1993
Lipoprotein lipase (LPL) plays a crucial role in plasma lipoprotein processing by catalyzing the hydrolysis of core triglycerides of chylomicrons and very low density lipoproteins. Several polymorphic restriction sites have been reported in the LPL gene,

Lipoprotein lipase gene variants: Association with acute myocardial infarction and lipid profiles

open access: yesEgyptian Journal of Medical Human Genetics, 2015
Background: Studies showed that lipid metabolism disorders are significant risk factors for myocardial infarction and coronary artery disease (CAD). Therefore, genes involved in lipid and lipoprotein metabolism pathways such as lipoprotein lipase (LPL ...

Checkpoint-Dependent Regulation of Origin Firing and Replication Fork Movement in Response to DNA Damage in Fission Yeast [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
To elucidate the checkpoint mechanism responsible for slowing passage through S phase when fission yeast cells are treated with the DNA-damaging agent methyl methanesulfonate (MMS), we carried out two-dimensional gel analyses of replication intermediates

A bacterial artificial chromosome-based physical map of Manihot esculenta ssp. flabellifolia [PDF]

open access: yesFrontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering, 2016
Cassava (Manihot esculenta) is known as the third most important food crop in the tropics and also used for industrial feedstock for biofuels. Two new bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) libraries were constructed for W14 (M.

The proppin Bcas3 and its interactor KinkyA localize to the early phagophore and regulate autophagy [PDF]

open access: yes, 2021
To resolve the signaling mechanisms that mediate the starvation-induced processes of Dictyostelium sporulation and encystation, we performed insertional mutagenesis on cells harboring an mRFP-tagged spore gene.

DNA Sampling: a method for probing protein binding at specific loci on bacterial chromosomes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
We describe a protocol, DNA sampling, for the rapid isolation of specific segments of DNA, together with bound proteins, from Escherichia coli K-12. The DNA to be sampled is generated as a discrete fragment within cells by the yeast I-SceI meganuclease ...

Relationship between Lipoprotein Lipase HindIII Polymorphism and Lipids in a Group of Colombian Patients with Obstructive Coronary Disease

open access: yesRevista Ciencias de la Salud, 2014
HindIII polymorphism is the most common variant in the lipoprotein lipase gene, however, its association with cardiovascular disease is controversial.
