We report a male patient who presented elbow stiffness and grievous malunion of the distal humerus due to delayed treatment after distal humerus fracture. A cementless and stemless resurfacing prosthesis was customized for the distal humerus based on contralateral articular anatomy using 3D‐printing technique with Co‐Cr‐Mo alloy.

Management of Bone Defects and Complications After Bone Tumor Resection Using Ilizarov Method
The reconstruction of bone defects following the resection of bone tumors is a critical concern. The use of external fixation for distraction osteogenesis exemplifies the clinical application of Ilizarov's Law of Tension Stress. This diagram illustrates the basic method of Ilizarov technique, which has important clinical value in the resection, repair,

Abstract Purpose This biomechanical study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a hinged elbow orthosis in reducing passive valgus forces following medial ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) injuries of the elbow joint. The hypothesis tested was that a hinged elbow orthosis reduces these passive valgus forces. Methods Eight fresh frozen cadaveric elbow
