The Design and Development of a Dexamethasone‐Tranfersome‐PF‐127/HA Stimuli‐Responsive Hydrogel for Intra‐Articular Therapy in Osteoarthritis

open access: yesNano Select, EarlyView.
A dexamethasone‐loaded transfersome‐based hydrogel was developed for sustained intra‐articular delivery in osteoarthritis. The system showed nanoscale particles size, high drug loading capacity, and shear‐thinning behavior. It enabled smooth injection, self‐healing, and prolonged drug release for up to 6 weeks.

Fatigue Behavior and Crack Propagation of Powder Metallurgical High‐Boron Tool Steels

open access: yessteel research international, EarlyView.
High‐boron tool steels are produced by powder metallurgy and ingot casting with subsequent swaging. The hard phase‐rich microstructures are investigated and characterized. The fatigue behavior is tested in a 3‐point bending setup and compared to a conventional cold work tool steel.
