Passivation‐Engineered Zinc Peroxide Nanoparticles as Th1‐Biased Adjuvant for Antitumor Immunity

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates passivated zinc peroxide nanoparticles (p‐ZPNs) as a novel class of Th1‐biased adjuvants to boost the efficacy of cancer vaccines. The p‐ZPNs exhibit excellent cellular uptake, low cytotoxicity, efficient endosome escape and intrinsic capability for triggering TLR/MyD88/NF‐κB axis, leading to robust T cell immunity.
