High Payload Reversible Data Hiding Scheme Using Difference Segmentation and Histogram Shifting [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
[[abstract]]Steganography is a technique that conceals secret data into a cover medium for delivering secret data over public computer networks. Reversible data hiding schemes not only can achieve secret data delivery, but also can restore the cover ...

Reversible Data Hiding Based on Improved Multilevel Histogram Modification of Pixel Differences [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
The technique of reversible data hiding recovers the original image without distortion from a stego-image after the hidden data have been extracted. In this paper, we modify Zhao et al.’s method to propose a reversible data hiding algorithm based on ...

Thermally Pre‐Formed Reconfigurable Resistive Random‐Access Memory Crossbar Arrays: A Dual‐Mode Platform for Robust Physically Unclonable Functions and In‐Memory Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A reconfigurable RRAM platform utilizing thermally pre‐formed filaments (TPFs) is developed to realize robust hardware security. By exploiting the thermodynamic stochasticity of TPFs, exceptionally reliable physically unclonable functions (PUFs) are achieved.

Adaptive Reversible Data Hiding Scheme for Digital Images Based on Histogram Shifting [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Existing histogram based reversible data hiding schemes use only absolute difference values between the neighboring pixels of a cover image. In these schemes, maxima and minima points at maximum distance are selected in all the blocks of the image which ...

A Framework to Reversible Data Hiding Using Histogram-Modification [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
A Novel method of Stegnography to achieve Reversible Data Hiding (RDH) is proposed using Histogram Modification (HM). In this paper the HM technique is revisited and a general framework to construct HM-based RDH is presented by simply designing the ...

Support‐Controlled Reaction Pathways via Dynamic Sulfur‐Mediated Interfaces for Selective Urea Electrolysis

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Sulfur‐doped graphitized carbon nanofibers act as adaptive catalyst–support platforms, enabling dynamic sulfur‐mediated reconstruction and strong metal–support interactions. This unique behavior enhances catalyst stability and controls reaction pathways, achieving highly selective urea oxidation (∼92% N2) coupled with efficient hydrogen evolution ...

Submicron Metasurface Reconfigured Multiband Smart Windows

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents a submicron metasurface reconfigured multiband thermochromic smart window. By integrating subwavelength nanostructures into a Fabry−Perot resonator configuration, it mitigates conventional trade‐offs to simultaneously deliver high luminous transmittance and robust solar heating and radiative cooling modulation capabilities ...

All‐Solution‐Processed HgTe Quantum Dot Photodetectors for Extended Short‐Wavelength Infrared Range Enhanced by Plasmonic ITO Nanocrystals

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
All‐solution‐processed, low‐cost extended short‐wavelength infrared photodetectors are realized by coupling colloidal HgTe quantum dots to plasmonic In2O3:Sn,F nanocrystals. Localized surface plasmon resonances boost and spectrally tailor light absorption between 1500 and 3000 nm, enabling responsivities above 40 A W−1.
