Computer studies of hybrid-slotted working sections with minimum interference at subsonic speeds [PDF]

open access: yes
A series of computations on tunnel boundary-interference effects for hybrid-slotted working sections was performed using the WALINT code. The slots were modeled as lines of porosity with linear crossflow characteristics. The basic shape evaluated was for

Alerta en cítricos : Huanglongbing HLB

open access: yes, 2015

Tropical river discharge dominates riverine carbon export to Australia's coastal waters

open access: yesLimnology and Oceanography Letters, Volume 11, Issue 2, March 2026.
Abstract Rivers play a crucial role in the transformation and export of carbon (C) to coastal waters, yet limited observations in Australia have hindered accurate C flux estimates. We compiled 27,696 dissolved inorganic C (DIC), 15,012 dissolved organic C (DOC), and 226 particulate organic C (POC) measurements in Australian rivers and combined these ...

Robust Citrus Disease Diagnosis: A Hybrid CNN Framework for Multi‐Task Classification, Severity Estimation, and Cross‐Species Adaptation

open access: yesEngineering Reports, Volume 8, Issue 2, February 2026.
We propose a hybrid CNN–ML approach to accurately classify diseases in lemon and orange leaves and assess their severity. Our model achieves high accuracy and demonstrates generalizability, showing promise for automated disease detection and management in citrus crops.
