Key Points Treatment-naive and relapsed/refractory MDS patients receiving venetoclax and HMAs have an ORR of 59% with 63% of responders proceeding to transplant. Allogeneic stem cell transplantation after treatment with venetoclax in combination with HMA is associated with prolonged survival.

Triple boost switched capacitor multilevel inverter (TB‐SCMLI) with reduced components and self‐voltage balance

The proposed TB‐SCMLI is able to provide seven levels of output voltage by balancing the voltage of two capacitors with the given control logic. The various SCMLIs are evaluated to determine the contribution of the suggested TB‐SCMLI topology's merits and downsides.

Bioorthogonal chemistry was applied to intracellularly photoactivate Doxorubicin (Dox) using gold nanostars (AuNSt) and near‐infrared (NIR) light. Two prodrugs were used: one photoactivatable, masked with 2‐nitrobenzyl carbamate (proDox1) and another photolabile, masked with 2‐nitrobenzyl diol (proDox2), which was attached to the AuNSt surface.
