Direct Vocal Fold Testosterone Injection for Treatment of Sulcus Vocalis: A Case Report

This case report describes the use of targeted vocal fold testosterone injection as a novel, minimally invasive treatment for sulcus vocalis in a 28‐year‐old cisgender male with long‐standing voice difficulties unresponsive to conventional therapies. Efficacy and safety of SGLT2 inhibitor on insulin resistance and hyperglycemia in Werner syndrome—A case report

Dapagliflozin improved glycemic control and insulin resistance while preserving skeletal muscle mass, body weight, and renal function over 2 years in a patient with Werner syndrome. These findings suggest that SGLT2 inhibitors may be used safely with beneficial effects in patients with Werner syndrome.
