ABSTRACT Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are promising next‐generation photovoltaics. The high performance of PSCs is attributed to the long carrier lifetimes of perovskite photoabsorbers. However, the carrier lifetimes of polycrystalline perovskite layers, which serve as the photoabsorbers in practical PSCs, have remained limited to several tens of ...

The design of intrinsically robust stretchable semiconducting polymers was achieved through OTBS‐mediated post‐functionalization of PDPP2T side chains with UPy units, generating dual hydrogen‐bonding motifs comprising weaker urethane linkages and strong quadruple UPy interactions along the long alkyl side chain, which is crucial for achieving desirable

Is the Composite Fermion a Dirac Particle?
We propose a particle-hole symmetric theory of the Fermi-liquid ground state of a half-filled Landau level. This theory should be applicable for a Dirac fermion in the magnetic field at charge neutrality, as well as for the ν=1/2 quantum Hall ground ...

Optimization of Additive and Current Conditions for Void-Free Filled Through-Silicon Via
Studies of through-silicon vias (TSVs) have become important owing to the increasing demand for 3D packaging. To obtain high-performance devices, it is important to fill the holes inside TSVs without voids.

Ferroelectric nematic liquid crystals (FNLCs) offer fast, tunable polarization and low‐voltage operation but suffer from poor polarization retention at zero field. Semiconductor‐modified FNLCs enhance polarization retention and exhibit short‐ and long‐term electro‐optical responses, while also supporting spike‐type signal integrations.
