Complement lysis: a hole is a hole

Immunology Today, 1991
recent experimental advances 21, it is now possible to produce MACs with a precise molecular composition 7 for better designed experiments. In my judgement, however, it will always be problematic to propose a single unifying mechanism for MAC action simply because MAC effects are not uniform. The reason for attempting to classify MACs as leaky patch or

The Cinderella Game on Holes and Anti-holes

2011
We investigate a two-player game on graphs, where one player (Cinderella) wants to keep the behavior of an underlying water-bucket system stable whereas the other player (the wicked Stepmother) wants to cause overflows. The bucket number of a graph G is the smallest possible bucket size with which Cinderella can win the game.

HOLE-HOLE CORRELATIONS IN THE 2D HUBBARD MODEL

International Journal of Modern Physics B, 1991
The hole-hole correlation function in the 2D Hubbard model is investigated in the low doping regime both via Monte Carlo simulations for U=4 and Lanczos diagonalization on a 16 site cluster for very large U. The results are compared with available theoretical predictions for the strong coupling limit.

Hole dephasing caused by hole–hole interaction in a multilayered black phosphorus

Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter, 2017
Abstract We study the magnetotransport of holes in a multilayered black phosphorus in a temperature range of 1.9 to 21.5 K. We observed a negative magnetoresistance at magnetic fields up to 1.5 T. This negative magetoresistance was analyzed by weak localization theory in diffusive regime.
