Electroluminescence of a Zinc Complex Exciplex with a Hole-Transporting Material

Russian Physics Journal, 2019
Results of theoretical and experimental studies of exciplex of a zinc complex Zn(DFP-SAMQ)2 with the hole-transporting layer of NPD are presented. It is shown that at least three different arrangements of Zn(DFP-SAMQ)2 and NPD molecules in the excited state result in the long-wavelength charge-transfer emission bands. At the same time, such systems are

A Dopant‐Free Polymeric Hole‐Transporting Material Enabled High Fill Factor Over 81% for Highly Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells

Advanced Energy Materials, 2019
Although perovskite solar cells (PVSCs) have achieved rapid progress in the past few years, most of the high‐performance device results are based on the doped small molecule hole‐transporting material (HTM), spiro‐OMeTAD, which affects their long‐term ...

Hole‐Transporting Materials for Perovskite Solar Cells

Asian Journal of Organic Chemistry, 2018
AbstractIn recent years, inorganic−organic metal halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have delivered power conversion efficiencies (PCE) beyond 22%, in which hole‐transporting materials (HTMs) play the key role to the improved photovoltaic performance and chemical stability.

Electrochemistry of some novel hole transport materials

Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry, 2004
Several charge transfer agents have been investigated using cyclic voltammetry. We report multistep mechanisms involving both chemical and electrochemical steps, for the three compounds in the study. The overall mechanism consists of two quasi-reversible electron transfer events, each followed by a chemical step, an ECEC mechanism.

New branched hydrazones as hole transporting materials

Journal of Photochemistry and Photobiology A: Chemistry, 2005
Abstract The new hole transporting materials with molecules consisting of two hydrazone branches linked with flexible benzene ring and two hydroxyl groups containing central bridge were synthesized and investigated. These transporting materials are low molecular glasses and allow preparing stable to crystallization layers. Ionisation potential of the

Hole/Electron Transporting Materials for Nonfullerene Organic Solar Cells

Chemistry – A European Journal, 2022
AbstractNonfullerene acceptor based organic solar cells (NF‐OSCs) have witnessed rapid progress over the past few years owing to the intensive research efforts on novel electron donor and nonfullerene acceptor (NFA) materials, interfacial engineering, and device processing techniques.

Intensive Exposure of Functional Rings of a Polymeric Hole‐Transporting Material Enables Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells

Advances in Materials, 2018
A variety of dopant‐free hole‐transporting materials (HTMs) is effectively applied in perovskite solar cells (PSCs); however, HTMs with the additional function of HTM/perovskite interfacial optimization that is crucial to their photovoltaic performance ...

Thiophene-based hydrazones as hole-transporting materials

Synthetic Metals, 2009
Abstract The synthesis, optical, thermal and photoelectrical properties of thiophene-based hydrazones are reported. The HOMO levels in a solid state of thiophene-based hydrazones measured by the electron photoemission technique are −5.25 eV and −5.28 eV.

Hole Transport in the InSbInAs material system

Solid State Communications, 1995
Abstract We discuss the scattering mechanisms limiting hole mobility in InAs, InSb and InAsSb. Transport in the binaries is limited by ionised impurity scattering at low temperatures and phonon scattering at high temperatures and in high purity material.
