Electroluminescence in novel hole-transporting emissive materials
SPIE Proceedings, 2001We have fabricated highly efficient organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) using novel hole-transporting emissive materials with triphenylamine moiety. The novel emissive materials have a high glass transition temperature ranging from 141 - 152 degrees Celsius, which is attributed to nonplanar molecular structure.

Synthesis and Characterization of Hole-transport Materials in Polysiloxane
Molecular Crystals and Liquid Crystals, 2002Triphenylamine(TPA) substituted polysiloxane was synthesized as the hole-transporting material. Field dependence of the hole mobility and photoconductivity were measured using the time-of flight and simple DC photocurrent measurement, respectively. We demonstrated that the film of polysiloxane with pendant TPA units higher hole mobility (3.2×10 −5 cm 2

Simulation of perovskite solar cell with graphene as hole transporting material
DAE SOLID STATE PHYSICS SYMPOSIUM 2018, 2019The methyl ammonium lead halide (MAPbI3) based perovskite solar cells have been studied recently because of their high efficiency along with low cost. The designing of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) requires using efficient hole transporting material and ...

Simultaneous electron/hole transport in photorefractive materials
Journal of Applied Physics, 1986The steady-state space-charge field and the response time of a photorefractive material illuminated with a sinusoidal interference pattern are derived for two models in which both electron and hole transport are important. In the first model in which electrons and holes are produced from a single set of recombination centers, the sign of the steady ...
