HoloSpec: Dispersion‐Based 4D Computational Holographic Hyperspectral Imaging

HoloSpec, a compact dispersion‐based computational holographic system, achieves four‐dimensional imaging by retrieving 3D spatial structure and high‐resolution spectra from only two monochromatic snapshots. Advance in One‐Pot Synthesis of Polymer‐Coated Nanogold: Au(III)–Monomer Redox Reaction Initiates Radical Polymerization and Produces a Potential Nanotag Platform

Gold nanoparticles are prepared simultaneously with the formation of a polymer, whose growth is initiated by direct interaction of Au(III) with a vinyl‐type monomer. Nanoparticles produce stable, bioorthogonal SERS signal originating from an isonitrile/carbene‐type functionality covalently anchored to the gold surface.
