Holographic implementation of holographic moiré inspection

Optics and Lasers in Engineering, 1985
Abstract Implementation of holographic moire inspection is demonstrated using one hologram to project the reference grating and a further hologram to produce moire patterns. Well contrasted moire fringes are obtained. Results of calibration tests are reported and an example of object contouring is presented.

Holographic sundial

Optics Letters, 1990
A holographic sundial, to our knowledge the first sundial that does not use a gnomen or shadow-casting device, is designed and demonstrated. The accuracy of the device is measured and analyzed.

Holographic stars

Applied Optics, 1995
Holographic stars fabricated on DuPont's holographic recording film HRF 600X010 by the use of He-Ne laser light are demonstrated. The stars operate with plane waves, the transmitted portions of the input beams are used at the corresponding outputs, and the gratings are in the volume regime of diffraction. Multiple exposure based on the Bragg degeneracy
