Heterogenization of homogeneous catalysts
Journal of Molecular Catalysis, 1986The surface reactions which take place when TiCl4 is reacted with -AlEtCl or -AlEt2 on a silica surface have been studied by EPR and chemical analysis. These systems have been compared to the reverse reactions, when -TiCl3 anchored to the silica surface is reacted with Et2AlCl or Et3Al.

Homogeneous catalysts to solid catalysts
Current Opinion in Solid State and Materials Science, 1996Abstract Recent advances have been made in the transformation of homogeneous to solid catalysts. They include the use of metal complexes immobilized on organic and inorganic supports, solid acids and bases, redox molecular sieves as solid catalysts for liquid phase oxidations, zeolite-encapsulated metal complexes and supported liquid phase catalysts.

Modular Homogeneous Chromophore–Catalyst Assemblies
Accounts of Chemical Research, 2016Photosynthetic reaction center (RC) proteins convert incident solar energy to chemical energy through a network of molecular cofactors which have been evolutionarily tuned to couple efficient light-harvesting, directional electron transfer, and long-lived charge separation with secondary reaction sequences. These molecular cofactors are embedded within

Polymer Fibers as Carriers for Homogeneous Catalysts
Chemistry – A European Journal, 2007AbstractThis paper describes a polymer fiber‐based approach for the immobilization of homogeneous catalysts. The goal is to generate products that are free of catalysts which would be of great importance for the development of optoelectronic or pharmaceutical compounds.

A structurally characterized cationic chromium(III) alkyl featuring a bulky nacnac ligand catalyzes the polymerization of ethylene as well as the copolymerization of ethylene with alpha-olefins. This well-characterized homogeneous catalyst constitutes a structural as well as functional model of the widely used heterogeneous Phillips olefin ...
