Complete Homogeneous Symmetric Polynomials with Repeating Variables
In this paper, we consider complete homogeneous symmetric polynomials evaluated for variables repeated with given multiplicities; in other words, we consider polynomials obtained from complete homogeneous polynomials by identifying some subsets of their ...

A note on a one-parameter family of non-symmetric number triangles [PDF]
The recent growing interest in special Clifford algebra valued polynomial solutions of generalized Cauchy-Riemann systems in \((n + 1)\)-dimensional Euclidean spaces suggested a detailed study of the arithmetical properties of their coefficients, due to ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Homogenization with fractional random fields
We consider a system of differential equations in a fast long range dependent random environment and prove a homogenization theorem involving multiple scaling constants. The effective dynamics solves a rough differential equation, which is `equivalent' to a stochastic equation driven by mixed It integrals and Young integrals with respect to Wiener ...

Homogenization versus homogenization-free method to measure muscle glycogen fractions.
The glycogen is extracted from animal tissues with or without homogenization using cold perchloric acid. Three methods were compared for determination of glycogen in rat muscle at different physiological states. Two groups of five rats were kept at rest or 45 minutes muscular activity.

Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

Detection of extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) in plasma samples from EGFR‐mutated non‐small cell lung cancer patients. Plasma was collected before and during treatment with the EGFR‐tyrosine kinase inhibitor osimertinib. Plasma eccDNA was detected in all cancer samples, and the presence of the EGFR gene on eccDNA serves as a potential biomarker ...
