A Flexible Fully Homomorphic Encryption
Wireless Personal Communications, 2016In view of research on fully homomorphic encryption scheme proposed by Zvika Brakerski in 2012, we find it is not much efficient, because it requests that $$q/B \ge (O(nlogq))^{L+O(1)}$$ , and can encrypt ...

Building Applications with Homomorphic Encryption
Proceedings of the 2018 ACM SIGSAC Conference on Computer and Communications Security, 2018In 2009, Craig Gentry introduced the first "fully" homomorphic encryption scheme allowing arbitrary circuits to be evaluated on encrypted data. Homomorphic encryption is a very powerful cryptographic primitive, though it has often been viewed by practitioners as too inefficient for practical applications.

Homomorphic Encryption for Finite Automata
2019We describe a somewhat homomorphic GSW-like encryption scheme, natively encrypting matrices rather than just single elements. This scheme offers much better performance than existing homomorphic encryption schemes for evaluating encrypted (nondeterministic) finite automata (NFAs).

On the Security of Multikey Homomorphic Encryption
2019Multikey fully homomorphic encryption (MFHE) scheme enables homomorphic computation on data encrypted under different keys. To decrypt a result ciphertext, all the involved secret keys are required. For multi decryptor setting, decryption is a protocol with minimal interaction among parties.
