Branching Solutions of the Cauchy Problem for Nonlinear Loaded Differential Equations with Bifurcation Parameters

open access: yesMathematics, 2022
The Cauchy problem for a nonlinear system of differential equations with a Stieltjes integral (loads) of the desired solution is considered. The equation contains bifurcation parameters where the system has a trivial solution for any values.

Novel Solution for Time-fractional Klein-Gordon Equation with Different Applications [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematical, Engineering and Management Sciences, 2023
In this paper, for the first time, the Laplace Homotopy Perturbation Method (LHPM), which is the coupling of the Laplace transform and the Homotopy Perturbation Method, is employed to solve non-linear time-fractional Klein-Gordon (TFKG) equations.

Low-Complexity DCD-Based Sparse Recovery Algorithms

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2017
Sparse recovery techniques find applications in many areas. Real-time implementation of such techniques has been recently an important area for research.

A uniqueness theorem for stable homotopy theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
In this paper we study the global structure of the stable homotopy theory of spectra. We establish criteria for when the homotopy theory associated to a given stable model category agrees with the classical stable homotopy theory of spectra.

VIRTUAL HOMOTOPY

open access: yesJournal of Knot Theory and Its Ramifications, 2010
Two welded (respectively virtual) link diagrams are homotopic if one may be transformed into the other by a sequence of extended Reidemeister moves, classical Reidemeister moves, and self crossing changes. In this paper, we extend Milnor's μ and [Formula: see text] invariants to welded and virtual links.

Improved Homotopy Perturbation Method for Geometrically Nonlinear Analysis of Space Trusses

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2020
The objective of this study is to explore a noble application of the improved homotopy perturbation procedure bases in structural engineering by applying it to the geometrically nonlinear analysis of the space trusses. The improved perturbation algorithm

Approximate analytical solutions for multispecies convection-dispersion transport equation with variable parameters

open access: yesFrontiers in Earth Science, 2023
Multispecies pollutant migration often occurs in polluted groundwater systems. Most of the multispecies problems that have been dealt in the literature assume constant transport parameters, primarily because analytical solutions for varying parameters ...

Study of Solutions for a Degenerate Reaction Equation with a High Order Operator and Advection

open access: yesMathematics, 2022
The goal of the present study is to characterize solutions under a travelling wave formulation to a degenerate Fisher-KPP problem. With the degenerate problem, we refer to the following: a heterogeneous diffusion that is formulated with a high order ...

Rigidity in Equivariant Stable Homotopy Theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
For any finite group G, we show that the 2-local G-equivariant stable homotopy category, indexed on a complete G-universe, has a unique equivariant model in the sense of Quillen model categories.

Homotopy-epimorphisms, homotopy-monomorphisms and homotopy-equivalences

open access: yesTopology and its Applications, 1992
In a general category, a morphism which is both an epimorphism and a monomorphism need not be an equivalence. However, the authors prove that it is in the case of the homotopy category of pointed path-connected CW- spaces. In fact, they obtain this result as a corollary of a variant of a classical theorem of J. H. C. Whitehead that they prove.
