Dropwise condensation heat transfer on a horizontal tube.
本論文では、単一水平円管外面の滴状凝縮における離脱滴の挙動と熱伝達率との関係について調べる。離脱滴の落下サイクルに対する基本的モデルを考えることによって、垂直面上の熱伝達率との比で表される相対局所熱伝達率が理論的に求められた。さらに、実験により銅試験円管上の熱伝達率を求め、その傾向は定性的に計算結果と一致することがわかった。そして、離脱滴の挙動の熱伝達率に与える影響が明かにされた。
