EMT‐associated bias in the Parsortix® system observed with pancreatic cancer cell lines

The Parsortix® system was tested for CTC enrichment using pancreatic cancer cell lines with different EMT phenotypes. Spike‐in experiments showed lower recovery of mesenchymal‐like cells. This was confirmed with an EMT‐inducible breast cancer cell line.

A DIA‐MS‐based proteomics approach to find potential serum prognostic biomarkers in glioblastoma patients

A DIA‐MS‐based proteomics analysis of serum samples from GB patients and healthy controls showed that high levels of IL1R2 and low levels of CRTAC1 and HRG in serum are associated with poor survival outcomes for GB patients.
