Cathodic Cage Plasma Deposition of Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se Coatings on Poly(methyl Methacrylate)
Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se coatings are deposited on PMMA by a modified cathodic cage plasma process, enabling low‐temperature deposition on polymer substrates. A transition from discontinuous to compact morphology is observed with temperature, with optimal properties at 200°C, where improved CuFeSe2‐type bonding, lowest sheet resistance, and favorable ...

Hot deformation behavior of Hastelly C276 superalloy
Hot tensile behavior of C276 superalloy was studied in the deformation temperature range of 650-750 degrees C with the strain rate range of 0.35-35 mm/s. The results show that deformation temperature and strain rate both have significant influence on the flow stress.

Austenite grain growth and hot deformation behavior in a medium carbon low alloy steel
To examine the austenite grain growth behavior and kinetics under isothermal austenitization process in a low alloy medium carbon forged steel, heat treatments at different temperatures (1150, 1175, 1200, and 1260 °C) and times (5, 15, and 25 min) were ...

This study shows that superalloys used in aircraft engine disks become much more prone to deformation at high temperatures if they have been strained during manufacturing. This effect increases with the level of prior strain but eventually reaches a limit.

Hot deformation behavior of spray formed FGH4095
For the numerical simulation of hot working process of spray-formed FGH4095, the high temperature deformation behavior of spray-formed FGH4095 is studied at different deformation temperatures (1010-1140 ℃) and different strain rates (0.001-10.0 s-1) using Gleeble 3800 thermal simulator. The constitutive equation is established with the sinh model.
