Handbook of Establishing and Maintaining Oxygen‐Free Atmospheres
This study presents a practical framework for creating oxygen‐free atmospheres at ambient pressure using silane‐doped inert gases. The results show that ultra‐low oxygen levels and strongly reduced water content can be achieved through controlled silane dosing, drying systems, and sensor monitoring.

Metagenomic Study of Iron Homeostasis in Iron Depositing Hot Spring Cyanobacterial Community [PDF]
Introduction: It is not clear how an iron-rich thermal hydrosphere could be hospitable to cyanobacteria, since reduced iron appears to stimulate oxidative stress in all domains of life and particularly in oxygenic phototrophs.

Trace additions of Sn and Sr combined with a two‐step aging treatment are shown to enhance the microstructure and performance of Al–Zr–Sc conductor alloys. Strength and electrical conductivity increase concurrently through accelerated precipitation of fine Al3(Sc, Zr) precipitates and improved dislocation resistance, offering a cost‐effective pathway ...

Bacteria and Archaea diversity within the hot springs of Lake Magadi and Little Magadi in Kenya [PDF]
Active diversity relative abundance of microbial taxa at family level in various samples collected from the three hot springs (83.6, 81 and 45.1 °C) of L. Magadi and Little Magadi. ‘No blast hit/Others’ represent unclassified sequences in both data sets.

Thermomechanical fatigue tests of laser beam powder bed fusion (PBF‐LB) Inconel 718 show that the additively manufactured material reaches almost the lifetimes of conventionally‐rolled material under no‐dwell conditions. Introducing dwell times at the maximum temperature markedly reduces the lifetimes due to pronounced grain boundary sliding associated

Geothermal Systems of Northern Thailand and Their Association with Faults Active During the Quaternary [PDF]
Many of northern Thailand hot springs systems are associated with regions of active faulting. An arcuate pattern of wells with high-fluoride water occurs in the Chiang Mai basin.

Disordered (Fe50Co50)1−xPtx thin films exhibit a pronounced anomalous Nernst effect (ANE) with a strong composition dependence on both rigid and flexible substrates. The transverse thermoelectric response peaks near 22.5 at.% Pt, accompanied by enhanced αxy/σxy scaling, thermal transport, and ANE sensitivity.
