A rheological model for hot working and superplasticity

A rheological model for hot working is derived particularly applied to the description of superplasticity. Starting from microscopic equations for the thermally activated motion of dislocations a system of two equations is obtained for the strain rate and flow stress including the interaction of hardening and softening.
