Thermally Activated Swelling and Wetting Transition of Frozen Polymer Brushes:a New Concept for Surface Functionalization

Controlled doping of magnesium oxide into indium/tin oxide binary thin‐films allows to manage their thin‐film transistor (TFT) parameters. Direct Observation of Dry Etch‐Induced Selectivity Tailoring of Alkylate Inhibition Layer Using DMATMS Vapor

This study demonstrates that tailoring surface ─OH groups on SiO2 and SiNx via dry etching significantly enhances the selectivity of DMATMS adsorption, achieving a 92.2% selectivity in subsequent Ru layer growth.
