HPTLC determination of diclofenac sodium from serum

Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis, 2002
Diclofenac sodium is one of the potent Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID) used in the treatment of inflammatory conditions. The present work deals with the estimation of diclofenac sodium from serum by a novel High Performance Thin Layer Chromatographic (HPTLC) method developed in our laboratory.

Quantitative HPTLC analysis — Industrial applications

Chromatographia, 1985
The use of derivatisation techniques in quantitative HPTLC in situ analysis is shown on the basis of two products that are very different in their manufacture: in situ derivatisations of thioglycolic acid compounds following chromatographic separation and the derivatisation in solution (dansyl method) for thiourea by quantitative in situ photometry are

HPTLC, HPTLC-MS/MS and HPTLC-DPPH methods for analyses of flavonoids and their antioxidant activity in Cyclanthera pedata leaves, fruits and dietary supplement

Journal of Liquid Chromatography & Related Technologies, 2019
HPTLC silica gel, amino and C18 plates in combination with different developing solvents were explored for the first HPTLC chemical profiles of flavonoids and sugars in crude extracts from leaves and fruits of caigua (Cyclanthera pedata Scrabs) harvested in Slovenia and Italy. New HPTLC and HPTLC-MS methods for analyses of flavonoids are based on HPTLC

Chemometrie in der HPTLC

2014
