In adults with preclinical heart failure from NHANES, higher ln CALLY was associated with lower all‐cause and cardiovascular mortality, whereas higher ln RAR and ln BAR were associated with higher mortality. Among these indices, ln RAR showed the most consistent exploratory incremental predictive performance beyond the base model.
