AMPKα, hs-CRP and FcγR in diabetic nephropathy and drug intervention
The aim of this study was to investigate the roles of AMP-activated protein kinase α subunit (AMPKα), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and Fcγ receptor (FcγR) in diabetic nephropathy and drug intervention effects. Sixty Sprague Dawley male rats were randomly divided into the control (n=30) and observation (n=30) groups.

This study investigates the regulatory effects of lactulose and polyethylene glycol (PEG) on the composition of gut microbiota in elderly constipation patients with chronic renal insufficiency by comparing the changes in microbial abundance. Both lactulose and PEG significantly modulate the gut microbiota structure, though their specific mechanisms and

Role of selenium in the pathophysiology of cardiorenal anaemia syndrome
Abstract Chronic kidney disease (CKD) and cardiovascular disease (CVD) have multiple bidirectional mechanisms, and anaemia is one of the critical factors that are associated with the progression of the two disorders [referred to as cardiorenal anaemia syndrome (CRAS)].

This review organizes flexible wearable electronics for cardiovascular monitoring into four interconnected information layers: surface electrophysiology, hemodynamic sensing, vascular imaging, and biofluid biomarker analysis. This framework clarifies how electrical rhythm, vascular loading, structural and flow‐related features, and biochemical states ...

PETANDA PERADANGAN hs CRP DENGAN HIPERTENSI
The major pathophysiologic mechanisms of hypertension include the activation of sympathetic nervous system and rennin–angiotensin–aldosterone system. Endothelial dysfunction, increased vascular reactivity, and vascular remodeling may cause that matter, rather than its consequences, of blood pressure elevation; increased vascular stiffness, which ...

Hyperhomocysteinemia, Insulin Resistance and High HS- CRP Levels in Prehypertension
Pre-hypertension refers to blood pressure in the range of 120 to 139 mm of Hg / 80 to 89 mm of Hg and its prevalence is increasing in India. Previous studies have documented the increase in homocysteine, C-reactive protein and insulin resistance and their role in the development of hypertension.
