Oral Relapsing Lymphomatoid Papulosis: A Case Report

ABSTRACT Lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP) is a CD30+ T‐cell lymphoproliferative disorder rarely involving mucosa, where it may mimic aggressive lymphomas. This case highlights its chronic relapsing course, diagnostic challenges with ALK‐negative anaplastic T‐cell lymphoma, and the importance of long‐term follow‐up despite a favorable prognosis.

The suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 regulates glioma stem cell maintenance and immune microenvironment through signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 signaling

We found that SOCS3 deficiency activates STAT3 to enhance glioma stem cell (GSC) stemness and survival. We demonstrated that IL‐6 rescues STAT3 signaling and reverses SOCS3‐mediated tumor suppression. We revealed that SOCS3‐low GSCs exhibit enriched p53 and JAK‐STAT pathway activity. While several oncogenic pathogens cause site‐specific cancers, uncertainties remain about many other chronic infections and combined pathogen effects, especially in non‐Western populations. Using a large case–cohort study nested within the China Kadoorie Biobank, the authors found that co‐infection was common, with a mean of 10 pathogens per individual.
