This study identifies B4GALNT4 as a key driver of prostate cancer (PCa). It shows that B4GALNT4 glycosylates PDK1 protein at the N531 site, which stabilizes the PDK1 and constitutively activates the PI3K‐AKT pathway. This mechanism promotes tumor cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. The findings establish the B4GALNT4‐PDK1 glycosylation axis as

Hierarchy of Hub Covering Problems
Hub Covering Problems arise in various practical domains, such as urban planning, cargo delivery systems, airline networks, telecommunication network design, and e-mobility. The task is to select a set of hubs that enable tours between designated origin-destination pairs while ensuring that any tour includes no more than two hubs and that either the ...

This study employs longitudinal fluorescence imaging in transgenic mice to map post‐craniotomy cortical recovery. We identify distinct neuroimmune recovery phases: microglial structural inflammation peaks at ∼10 days, neuronal structural intensity peaks at ∼14 days and correlates with microglial activity, and functional network modularity is most ...

Dynamic + maximal hub location problem for freight transportation planning with rational markets
In this article, a dynamic maximal hub location covering problem for a freight transportation system is studied, in which the model has the possibility of having expansion scenarios for future according to the forecasts of increasing demands.

Strong hub cover pebbling number
In a graph $G$, we define a set of vertices to be a \emph{strong hub set} if for any two vertices in $G$, we can find a path between them whose internal vertices are all in this set. We define the \emph{strong hub cover pebbling number} of $G$, denoted by $h_s^*(G)$, to be the smallest $t$ such that for any initial configuration with $t$ pebbles on $G$,

Hierarchical Summary Statistics Encoding Across Primary Visual and Posterior Parietal Cortices
This study shows that mouse V1 simultaneously encodes the ensemble mean and variance of motion, providing a robust summary‐statistic representation that persists despite single‐neuron variability. These signals propagate to PPC, where they are transformed into abstract category representations during decision making.

Capacitated Location-Allocation Hub Covering Problem in Manufacturing-Customer Interaction [PDF]
This paper presents a location-allocation hub covering considering capacity constraints for multiple hubs and allocates non-hub nodes including the manufacturer and the customer. The model is an integer linear programming minimizing the transfer costs and optimizes the allocation requests from the manufacturer to the customer passing through one or two

T cell‐specific Socs1 knockout leads to inflammatory differentiation of CD8+ T cells, prompting the STAT1/2 complex to drive the activation of Ccl5, Ccr5, and Cxcr3, and promoting the skewing of monocytes toward a pro‐inflammatory M1 macrophage lineage.

It has been demonstrated that, in the bone extracellular matrix (ECM), integrins and growth factor receptors (GFRs) engage in synergistic signaling to guide bone healing and regeneration. This review provides a comprehensive overview of current strategies using ECM‐derived peptides to recreate the cellular microenvironment and harness synergistic ...

Hub Cover and Hub Center Problems
Using covering problems (CoP) combined with binary search is a well-known and successful solution approach for solving continuous center problems. In this thesis, we show that this is also true for center hub location problems in networks. We introduce and compare various formulations for hub covering problems (HCoP) and analyse the feasibility ...
