Hierarchical hub location model and hybrid algorithm for integration of urban and rural public transport

open access: yesInternational Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, 2018
Integration of urban and rural infrastructure is critical to integrating urban and rural public transport. A public transport hub is an important element of infrastructure, and it is the key facilities that serve as transferring points between cities and

Comparison of the formulations for a hub-and-spoke network design problem under congestion [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
In this paper, we study the hub location problem with a power-law congestion cost and propose an exact solution approach. We formulate this problem in a conic quadratic form and use a strengthening method which rests on valid inequalities of perspective ...

LINC01116, a hypoxia‐lncRNA marker of pathological lymphangiogenesis and poor prognosis in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...

Solving Multi-Objective Hub Location Problems with Robustness [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Hub location problems (HLP) are considered in many logistic, telecommunications, and computer problems, where the design of these networks are optimized based on some objective(s) related to the cost or service. In those cases, direct routing between any

Capacitated single allocation hub location problem--A bi-criteria approach [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
A different approach to the capacitated single allocation hub location problem is presented. Instead of using capacity constraints to limit the amount of flow that can be received by the hubs, we introduce a second objective function to the model ...

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Multi-Objective Optimization for Green BTS Site Selection in Telecommunication Networks Using NSGA-II and MOPSO

open access: yesAlgorithms
Today, facility location planning primarily pertains to the long-term strategic and operational decision-making of large public and private organizations, and the significant costs associated with facility location, construction, and operation have ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Model Hub Median Problem Dengan Batasan Travel Time

open access: yesJurnal Teknik Industri, 2017
This article describes the development of an uncapacitated p-hub median problem model. The established model will be applied in determining the location of the hub.

Dynamic behavior of a rotating delaminated composite beam including rotary inertia and shear deformation effects [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
A finite element (FE) model is developed to study the free vibration of a rotating laminated composite beam with a single delamination. The rotary inertia and shear deformation effects, as well as the bending–extension, bending–twist and extension–twist ...
