When to consider an inborn error of immunity: clues for physicians

With improved genetic testing in recent years, the number of defined IEIs and their range of phenotypic presentations has grown vastly, with more than 550 IEIs now described.

(A) To target both pathogens, two chimeric antigens—membrane‐linked and secreted—combining BoHV‐1 glycoprotein D and BRSV fusion glycoprotein were designed and expressed using recombinant BoHV‐4‐based vectors.
