Updates on Breeding Success and Conservation Challenges for White‐Rumped Vulture (Gyps bengalensis) in Rampur Valley, Nepal 尼泊尔兰普尔山谷白腰兀鹫繁殖成功研究进展及其保护挑战

This study investigates the breeding success of the critically endangered White‐rumped Vulture in Khaireni Community Forest, and examines local knowledge and perceptions toward its conservation. We found that 71% of active nests were successful, with breeding success significantly influenced by the proximity to carcass deposition sites.

‘From the Fields Into the Bars’: The Story of Israel's First Transgender Novel, The Cut (1977)

ABSTRACT In 1977, an Israeli transgender woman, Judy Spotheim, published an autobiographical novel entitled The Cut. It describes the emergence of a trans community in the commercial‐sex areas of Tel Aviv‐Jaffa, hoping to humanise trans women (coccinelles). This article is the first to study the novel and present a biography of Spotheim.
