Physical Activity Of Children As A Condition For The Human Capital Development
European Proceedings of Social and Behavioural Sciences, 2021The issues of children’s health and systematic physical education and sports are an important point of strategic planning for the period up to 2035 at the regional and federal levels. The importance of organizing sports classes in ensuring the healthy and harmonious development of children during school education has been recognized by doctors and ...

Proceedings of the 13th International Workshop on Multimedia for Cooking and Eating Activities, 2021
In this paper, we propose a recipe recommendation method that can heal both the provider and the recipient of food. In particular, we focus on the motivation of recipe contributors, and propose a recipe recommendation method that can heal both parties by considering not only the recipe procedure but also the relationship between the provider and the ...

Human reliability assessment for complex physical operations in harsh operating conditions
Process Safety and Environmental Protection, 2020This paper presents a methodology for quantifying the effect of harsh environmental conditions on the reliability of human actions in performing complex physical operations. A review of current human reliability techniques confirms that there is a lack of methodology for quantifying human errors while conducting complex physical operations in extreme ...

CHAOTIC PULSATION IN HUMAN CAPILLARY VESSELS AND ITS DEPENDENCE ON MENTAL AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS
International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, 1992We found a chaotic pulsation in a finger’s capillary vessels in both normal subjects and psychiatric patients, as well as cardiac chaos. A proof of chaos was made by the reconstruction of the dynamics in phase space and the calculation of the Lyapunov exponents.

Functional alterations to the endothelial cells of the vascular system may contribute to the improved circulatory performance induced by physical conditioning. We evaluated microvascular reactivity to iontophoretic application of acetylcholine (ACh) and sodium nitroprusside (SNP) through the skin and blood perfusion measurements in the same area using ...

Two experiments assessed whether similarity between the two elements of a compound would influence the degree of mediated extinction versus recovery from overshadowing in human causal judgements. In both Experiments 1 and 2, we assessed the influence of extinguishing one element of a two-element compound on judgements about the other element.

The paper presents the proposition of a numerical model of the human circulatory system modification for the purpose of physical reproduction of conditions prevailing in the apex of the heart on a hybrid simulator. This is a physical-numerical stand which performs a generation of hydraulic conditions occurring in the selected points of circulatory ...

AbstractA review of research undertaken by the author, together with Ye. B. Lopatina, on the evaluation of the effect of various components of the natural environment on particular aspects of human occupance of a specific territory. The present paper attempts to select, group, and systematize the environmental elements to be evaluated in the form of a ...

Measurement Techniques, 2011
The emergence of a third paradigm, the synergistic paradigm, in general systems theory and the relationship between the synergistic and the cybernetic paradigms are considered. A mathematical foundation underlying the application of new methods of identification of the degree of asynergism in biological systems is given.

Active and latent failure conditions leading to human error in physical security
44th Annual 2010 IEEE International Carnahan Conference on Security Technology, 2010Latent failure conditions describe the set of background circumstances which eventually lead to an unsafe act. These latent and active failures are generally uncovered during an accident investigation following an incident such as an airplane crash.
