Genetics of Response to ECT, TMS, Ketamine and Esketamine
ABSTRACT Treatment‐resistant mood disorders are often managed with intensive interventions that include electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), ketamine, and esketamine, but the role of genetics in clinical response to those interventions is yet to be clearly determined.

ABSTRACT Turner Syndrome (TS) is a sex chromosomal disorder associated with karyotype heterogeneity. Although TS can be associated with severe prenatal findings, most often linked to the 45, X karyotype, the majority of TS fetuses have no overt phenotype, resulting in delayed diagnosis and management.

ABSTRACT Turner syndrome (TS) is frequently complicated by congenital heart disease (CHD). While left‐sided lesions such as bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) and coarctation of the aorta are the most common structural heart lesions in TS, other anomalies, such as aortic arch malformations, hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS), persistent left superior vena

Punctate White Matter Abnormality in Moderate‐to‐Late Preterm Infants
Objective Moderate‐to‐late preterm (MLP) infants contribute to the greatest proportion of preterm children with neurodevelopmental impairments. White matter injury (WMI) is common and predicts adverse outcomes in very preterm (VP) infants. However, little is known about white matter abnormality (WMA) in MLP infants.

A novel extracellular matrix (ECM)‐integrated mesenchymal stem cell spheroid bioprinting technology has been introduced to significantly enhance exosome production for therapeutic applications. By optimizing spheroid size and ECM composition, the study demonstrates an 18.4‐fold increase in exosome yield compared to 2D culture systems.

Generation of precision-cut slice cultures of human placenta
Summary: We present a protocol to generate an advanced ex vivo model of human placenta. We use a vibrating tissue slicer to obtain precision-cut slices representative of the entire thickness of human placenta. This approach delivers standardized cultures

Nanostructured Biomaterial‐Based Approaches to Support Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell Differentiation
Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), reprogrammed from adult somatic cells, represent an innovative approach for regenerative medicine and biomedical applications. This review highlights the importance of nanostructured biomaterials, utilized as delivery systems or scaffolds, in supporting iPSC differentiation and fate through structural and ...
