In this work we study the $QQ\bar{n}\bar{n}$ systems from both four--quark and meson--meson molecule formalisms, arriving to consistent conclusions when the proper bases are chosen.

Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

A Lagrangian relaxation approach to the edge-weighted clique problem [PDF]
The $b$-clique polytope $CP^n_b$ is the convex hull of the node and edge incidence vectors of all subcliques of size at most $b$ of a complete graph on $n$ nodes.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Therapeutic strategies for MMAE‐resistant bladder cancer through DPP4 inhibition
We established monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE)‐resistant bladder cancer (BC) cell lines by exposure to progressively increasing concentrations of MMAE in vitro. RNA sequencing showed DPP4 expression was increased in MMAE‐resistant BC cells. Both si‐DPP4 and the DPP4 inhibitor sitagliptin suppressed the viability of MMAE‐resistant BC cells.

Group Size Effect on the Success of Wolves Hunting [PDF]
Social foraging shows unexpected features such as the existence of a group size threshold to accomplish a successful hunt. Above this threshold, additional individuals do not increase the probability of capturing the prey.

NARX-based nonlinear system identification using orthogonal least squares basis hunting [PDF]
An orthogonal least squares technique for basis hunting (OLS-BH) is proposed to construct sparse radial basis function (RBF) models for NARX-type nonlinear systems.

Hunting behaviour in domestic cats: An exploratory study of risk and responsibility among cat owners
1. The potential impact of domestic cats on wildlife is the subject of growing inter‐ national interest and concern. While feral cats are often the primary focus of re‐ search and debate, in many societies a substantial proportion of domestic cats are ...
