Hurwitz zeta functions and Ramanujan's identity for odd zeta values
Inspired by a famous formula of Ramanujan for odd zeta values, we prove an analogous formula involving the Hurwitz zeta function. We introduce a new integral kernel related to the Hurwitz zeta function, generalizing the integral kernel associated to Ramanujan's identity.

On joint universality of the Riemann zeta-function and Hurwitz zeta-functions
AbstractWe construct classes of composite functions of the Riemann zeta-function and Hurwitz zeta function with transcendental parameter which are universal in the sense that their shifts uniformly on compact subsets of some region approximate any analytic function. For example, the functions c1ζ(s)+c2ζ(s,α),c1,c2∈C∖{0}, eζ(s)+ζ(s,α) and sin(ζ(s)+ζ(s,α)

A discrete limit theorem for the periodic Hurwitz zeta-function. II
In the paper, we prove a limit theorem of discrete type on the weak convergence of probability measures on the complex plane for the periodic Hurwitz zeta-function.

On the Hurwitz zeta function of imaginary second argument [PDF]
In this work, we exploit Jonquière's formula relating the Hurwitz zeta function to a linear combination of polylogarithmic functions in order to evaluate the real and imaginary part of ζH(s, ia) and its first derivative with respect to the first argument s.

On the sum relation of multiple Hurwitz zeta functions [PDF]
In this paper we shall define a special-valued multiple Hurwitz zeta functions, namely the multiple $t$-values $t(\boldsymbol )$ and define similarly the multiple star $t$-values as $t^{\star}(\boldsymbol )$. Then we consider the sum of all such multiple (star) $t$-values of fixed depth and weight with even argument and prove that such a sum can be ...

The Zeta and Related Functions: Recent Developments
The main object of this survey-cum-expository article is to present an overview of some recent developments involving the Riemann Zeta function ζ(s), the Hurwitz (or generalized) Zeta function ζ(s, a), and the Hurwitz-Lerch Zeta function Φ(z, s, a ...
