Nernstian Diagnostics of Imperfect Selectivity in Naphthalene Diimide‐Based Aqueous Organic Redox Flow Battery

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Non‐ideal redox electrolytes still govern the Nernstian behavior of electrode potentials in aqueous organic redox flow batteries under operation. We utilized this effect to analytically predict two scenarios of battery performance degradation. ABSTRACT Aqueous organic redox flow batteries (AORFBs) enhance the sustainability of battery energy storage ...

Dual-channel Potential Energy Recovery and Load Balancing Methods for Large Hydraulic Excavators

open access: yes工程科学与技术
Objective When recovering potential energy based on load balancing, the usual expectation is that the load force and the hydraulic force provided by the accumulator are fully balanced so as to reduce the energy provided by the hydraulic system.

Microstructure Optimization of Na3SbS4/Na3Zr2Si2PO12 Composite Solid Electrolytes for Improving Cycling Stability in All‐Solid‐State Sodium Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This research demonstrates that incorporating 10 wt.% NASICON‐type Na3Zr2Si2PO12 into Na3SbS4 sulfide electrolytes mitigates interfacial instability and structural defects. The resulting composite enhances ionic conductivity to 3.97 * 10−4 S cm−1 and reduces activation energy.
