Accretion disks around massive stars: Hydrodynamic structure, stability and dust sublimation
We investigate the structure of accretion disks around massive protostar applying steady state models of thin disks. The thin disk equations are solved with proper opacities for dust and gas taking into account the huge temperature variation along the ...

A hydrogel with dynamic cross‐links was formed by cross‐linking hyaluronic acid with curcumin‐preloaded, phenylboronic acid‐modified poly(amidoamine) dendrimers. This hydrogel exhibited excellent injectability and self‐healing ability, enabling controlled Cur release in response to low pH, high reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, or mechanical ...

Developing recyclable materials for magnetic robotics that combine rapid response and self‐healing properties is challenging. Hence, this study focuses on the integration of magnetothermal nanoparticles into a dynamic sorbitol‐based vitrimer, a recyclable composite capable of remote actuation and self‐healing by magnetic heating.

Effect of Bionic Crab Shell Attitude Parameters on Lift and Drag in a Flow Field
Underwater bionic-legged robots encounter significant challenges in attitude, velocity, and positional control due to lift and drag in water current environments, making it difficult to balance operational efficiency with motion stability.

Defect-Mediated Stability: An Effective Hydrodynamic Theory of Spatio-Temporal Chaos
Spatiotemporal chaos (STC) exhibited by the Kuramoto-Sivashinsky (KS) equation is investigated analytically and numerically. An effective stochastic equation belonging to the KPZ universality class is constructed by incorporating the chaotic dynamics of ...

Curvature‐Tuned Friction at Electrified Ionic Liquid Interfaces
Graphene curvature plays a key role in friction electrotunability at single‐asperity contacts lubricated by ionic liquids. A 9 nm radius yields stronger tunability than larger radii, with distinct friction coefficients at low and high loads indicating a shift in the slippage plane.

Literature review on the hydrodynamic performance of floating breakwaters with various mooring systems [PDF]
Floating breakwaters are among the most widely used coastal protection structures due to their flexibility, relatively low cost, and lower environmental impact than conventional rigid breakwaters.

The nanostructure, size, and function of mRNA‐loaded lipid nanoparticles are evaluated before drying, within polymer microneedles, and after rehydration. The results reveal the polymer and LNP loadings required to recover nanostructure and preserve the delivery performance in dry‐state formulations.
